Billy is a silly, happy spider—and he’s looking for friends to be silly with! But when he goes to the new bug park near his home, all the bugs run away from him. They think he looks hairy and scary.
But at the park, he meets Sophie the Snail. Unlike the other bugs, she thinks that Billy is great! This charming story on friendship teaches children that it’s okay to be different, and a real friend accepts you for who you are.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It has a nice message, to be positive, kind and happy. Lovely Illustrations throughout the book.
What a sweet book about a spider who just wants to make friends and have fun! I really adore the entire concept of getting to know someone before you judge. Billy the spider proves that with his amazing web skills! This is also an easy reader for kiddos just starting out. The storyline is touching and the illustrations are the sweetest!
